📅 How Business Event Booking Works

Booking Santa for your business event is simple:

  1. Select your preferred date and time using the booking calendar below

  2. Enter your contact details

  3. I’ll be in touch to discuss your event, goals, and how Santa can best support your occasion

⚠️ Submitting a booking request pencils in your date only. Your booking is confirmed following consultation.

⚠️ Please note:

  • An event organiser or responsible staff member must be present during the visit

  • A suitable space should be provided for Santa to interact with guests and for photos

  • Guests are welcome to take photos and videos

  • Any gifts, giveaways, or promotional items must be supplied by the business

  • Santa wears a warm suit — air conditioning or a fan is appreciated on warmer days

  • While every care is taken, Santa cannot be responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage during the event

  • Visits run to schedule to ensure smooth timing for all bookings
