Business appearances generally range from $150–$200 per 30 minutes, depending on the timing and requirements of your event.

Before Santa Arrives
To help everything run smoothly, please ensure:
- a responsible organiser or staff member is present during the visit
- a suitable space is available for guest interaction and photos
- any gifts, giveaways, or promotional items are supplied by the business
- visits run to schedule to support smooth event timing
- air conditioning or a fan is available on warmer days if needed
